Underwriting Mobile Home and or RV Parks from the Broker point of view to help identify a valid price point for these commercial properties. I will be providing a detailed analysis to our Brokers so they can have frank and honest discussions with clients. To me, it's much like Real Estate archeology and I am excited that I have the ability to help so many people both internal and external to the team understand exactly what they have or are looking at.
