Launched various systems and process changes into the business with most concentrated on the retail channel. Now studying for Prince2 Project Management qualification.Customer Service and experience: Responsible for Dixons Carphone internal feedback mechanisms which all stores use to raise critical customer service problems, process improvement suggestions, maintenance and stock issues. All queries required triage and management by strict SLA. Stakeholder management required to make sure all support centre departments were aligned with delivering the best possible service to our stores and contact centres and ultimately our customers.
