* Multiple roles and titles in 12 years at this startup company: - Director of Systems Integration and Testing, (12/2014 – 1/2016) - Director of Software Engineering, (3/2009 – 12/2014) - Director of Software Verification, (6/2007 – 3/2009)* Accomplished testing (and some development) of new intraoral 3D scanner, 3D Design SW application and Milling machine (now offered as PlanScan®, PlanCAD® and PlanMill®).* Directed the Software Verification team, and created test plans, test protocols, test cases, execution of cases, test reports, defects tracking, lead defect review meetings during the Main Project that released all three products to the U.S. Market in 2008.* As Director of Software Engineering, accomplished the software development and testing teams moving to Agile Scrum, changed to use JIRA/Confluence tool in all areas of daily project work. * Successfully led the project, which integrated the new 2nd generation scanner into the existing design tools application, which required MAJOR software changes, including an entirely new User Interface and Workflow for capturing data on the patient.* Executed Scrum Master role, successful completing development/test and launch of the new scanner in 2013, driving new sales in U.S. and Europe.* Authored numerous Software Development and Testing processes documents, procedures, work instructions and participated in the successful initial FDA audit and many TUV ISO audits.* Co-authored Interface specification, with Planmeca development team, allowing quick integration of PlanScan/PlanCAD with Romexis Software Suite. • Accomplish all levels of testing (Unit, Integration, and System Testing), on early versions of the intraoral scanner, and 3D Design Tools SW. Provided results analysis, recommended changes, and provided detailed troubleshooting of causes.• Designed and Developed numerous testing functions and test applications in C#, and some C++.* Wrote test cases and functions in C#, available in the product test build configuration. Created Test Automation using QuickTest Pro (VBScript) and also created unit level cases using Nunit (C#) framework, that executed during build process.* Developed Tooth Lib toolkit (C#, C++), and created PlanCAD’s internal Tooth Library Databases installed with the application and used to create dental anatomy for restorations.

• Managed team of Software Engineers and Product Testers, creating network-side, infrastructure servers supporting Nokia’s mobile data offerings to carriers (Wireless Data Server/Systems Group). Products included Gateway Proxy Server, Wireless Data Enhancer, and Mobile Location Gateway Servers. The team developed in Java (J2SE, J2SE), and C++ on both Sun and HP enterprise-class server platforms.• Accomplished Project Reviews at E0 – E5 milestones, as a member of local Product Review Board.• Member of WDSS Global Project Development Process (PDP) team, creating new FastTrack and Prototyping processes, approved by the organization for use.• Primary role was to provide Line Management Duties: annual budget planning and monitoring, recruiting, resource and contracting needs. Employee quarterly objective settings, and annual performance reviews (25+ employees). Worked cross-functionally, with Marketing, Project Management, and Business Development as well as WDSS teams in Helsinki. • Collaborated with Program Managers for resources needs for both current and future programs.

* Accomplished software development of new features on Mobile Switch DX200 embedded platform using TNSDL and C for M8, M9 and M10 releases (Roaming Number Architecture Improvement, HLR-to-HLR communication protocol). * Provided Unit/Module level testing of those programs, using "MINI" switching test bench, using MMI interface, and executing test driver programs written also in SDL/C.* Group manager (10 members), creating group tasks and schedules (using ProjectView) and tracking total project hours (TrackView).

Provided troubleshooting, repairs, calibrations, functional operational testing, and system testing on Lockheed 1C-130H aircraft.
