I was able to hand him the keys during a time of intense organizational turmoil with complete trust that nothing would fall through the cracks, and he took this faith and really ran with it, pushing the product and his role above and beyond expectations, and never letting anything but the best go live. A prime example of this coming to life is that he lead a successful redesign of our key marketing landing page. All of this amazing work led to James transitioning into our OTT strategic lead, becoming someone the rest of the team looks up to and comes to for guidance, and now owning our newest product launch scheduled for later this year. James is someone anyone would be lucky to have on their team: versatile, strong willed, effective, and organized. He is supportive not only when managing up, but also when driving the team under his direction, untangling roadblocks and diffusing tension.
