~ Work with Production Manager, Producer or Director to expedite studio and production office needs.~ Ensure that the director's monitors and video village are prepared.~ Help Cinematographer and Director of Photography to set up tripods,cranes, dolls etc while helping to provide power and hang lighting under direction from DP.~ Be available and accountable to the 1st AD at all times.~ Prepare set each day to ensure that the Talent area is cleaned, stocked and ready.~ Transport Talent to and from set.~ Load all necessary visual elements onto visual aide computer as well as maintaining network connectivity and other computer related jobs including backups.~ Ensure craft supplies are stocked and available both on set and on location.~ Desktop recording of skype interviews and uploading of related video.~ Maintenance and organization of episodic visual elements such as pictures and videos.~ Manage petty cash for production runs.~ Fuel and return rental vehicles.~ Charge, maintain and distribute two-way radios on set and on location.~ Assemble and load all necessary on-location supplies and equipment.
