Reviewing the forecasts from mechanical contractors on existing projects and checking stock availability, then requesting allocations of stock to be released to the client. - Utilising LG selection program “LATS” for system design selections as per client schedules.· Preparing equipment schedule, system design exported from LATS to accompany the quotation· Creating a new opportunities and preparing quotations in SALES FORCE· Contacting clients to resolve discrepancies with tender schedules· Supporting External Sales Engineers across the following states NSW, QLD, and VIC with tenders and D&C projects, and technical information.· Contacting VIC project managers for unit supply forecast to update Master Opts (Projects) with the correct information for delivery.· Handling difficult customers, and proposing alternative units, solutions in light of stock shortage and item long lead times.· Preparing “project release form” as per master opts forecast month, and accommodate to facilitate PM request for early stock release if possible· Checking Quotation matches the entered units in Master Opts (Projects) Show less
