Exact Image Inc. Senior Account Executive April 2015 - April 2020Responsible for identifying potential clients to sell promotional products and apparel to. Often clients needed help to understand how to develop their brand to attract more business and establish themselves in the marketplace. This involved being up to date on the latest local and national style trends from t-shirt fabric to screen printing techniques. This position involved constant multitasking and managing 20-50 various sized projects simultaneously while communicating very specific details from the client to the different production departments and vice versa.

Responsible for developing and managing programs and projects to meet the changing needs of Missoula Food Bank clients and the overall organization. For example, I developed, designed, and manage the Kids EmPower Pack Program which provides food to at-risk school children to take home for the weekend. This is the largest program in Missoula Food Bank's 30 year history and currently provides over 12,000 bags of food throughout the school year. These programs and projects involve needs assessments, surveys, statistical analysis, and basic project timeline development and implementation.I'm also responsible for soliciting and cultivating food donations as well as managing existing donor relationships. I am also in charge of all receipting and statistical information associated with food donations including donation forecasting. I ensure that my organization follows and meets all FDA and Missoula City County Health Department guidelines for safe food handling and food recalls.

Responsible for procuring large scale food donations to supply food banks across Montana through a variety of mechanisms including new donor research and cultivation, new program and project development, and ongoing management of existing programs. Guided clients through the entire implementation process of Edulog software; from onsite installation and training, to phone support, sales, and technical writing of custom documentation. I was then promoted from the Technical Trainer position to Project Control which added many additional responsibilities and much more autonomy. This position required managing the details of various nationwide projects (Las Vegas, Chicago, Washington DC) by establishing and developing a timeline with the client and then assuring that the client, consultant, and various other departments met their respective milestones on that timeline.

I was responsible for writing various articles for publication in the newspaper. Article topics ranged from theatre reviews and art event previews to travel pieces.
