Knowledge of Prolaw, Westlaw, Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other software used in legal administration.

My work consisted of writing and responding to letters, answering phones, helping constituents with whatever they needed, representing the Congressman at events and fundraisers, doing casework involving: foreclosures, refinancing, various types of fraud, as well as current and veteran military issues, granting or denying access to the congressman, day to day facility operations.

Responsibilites included: assigning facility access credentials and assigning parking for sessions, setting up and tearing down of equipment before and after sessions, testing equipment and electronics, repairing broken equipment, troubleshooting, managing clients and making sure they are comfortable/satisfied, as well as countless other small tasks (cleaning, answering phones, shopping, etc.)I gained valuable hands on knowledge of professional recording consoles (Neve 88R and SSL XL 9080K Superanalogue) and outboard gear (preamps, eqs, compressors, tape machines, etc), as well as experience in dealing face to face with A list celebrity clients and their teams of staff.
