Staines, Then Park Royal

Promoted to Branch Manager in January 2014, I assumed responsibility for the branches budgets, P&L, internal recruitment and compliance, as well as managing the internal team.In January 2015 I was offered the opportunity to run the Park Royal office, where we supplied 500 - 750 temporary staff per day to SMEs and blue-chips alike, mainly in the food manufacturing and distribution sectors.The Park Royal office became First Call's most profitable branch, setting records for income generation and profit. Awarded Manager of the Year in 2016 & 2017.

Joined the business as a service consultant, where I looked after 50+ clients' staffing needs in the aviation, distribution and food manufacturing industries. I was promoted to Branch Controller, responsible for managing a team of consultants, administrators, sales staff and on site co-coordinators to deliver exceptional service to our clients.The branch achieved steady growth in 2013 and again in 2014.
