Assigned to MPG Pipeline Contractors for 20" Saddlehorn Pipeline (Spread 4) project in Kansas. Create and implement Emergency Response Plans. Perform safety inspections and prepare compliance reports. Oversee compliance w/OSHA regulations, internal company safety requirements, & procedures. Prepare documentation, set up, and facilitate safety meetings foremen’s meetings. Conduct interviews, gather data/photographs related to safety incidents, & generate HS&E reports.

Led staff of plant managers, supervisors, & lead hands in providing drilling mud services to O&G industry w/in DEQ, EPA, OSHA, and USCG guidelines. Oversaw all new construction, repair, and maintenance projects at all 3 company facilities including daily workload management, resource allocation, and service scheduling. Managed capital equipment purchasing with authorization for purchases up to $50K. Facilitated transportation and logistics with responsibility for a fleet of 20 vacuum trucks.
