James Dwan is a forensic engineering consultant and an adjunct associate professor with over 35 years of experience in failure analysis of materials and mechanical components. He is the founder and principal of Dwan Forensic Engineering, a consultancy that specializes in providing expert witness reports for legal and insurance professionals, as well as personal injury litigation purposes.
