I am the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of NextHome Inc., a progressive real estate franchise with consumer focused branding, technology and marketing. As the Chief Executive Officer of NextHome, Inc., I bring to the table a sharp, innovative, and forward-focused vision. I’ve been in the real estate franchise business since 2006, originally joining Realty World Northern California, Inc. as Director of Technology and Strategy, where I was promoted to Vice President five years later. In June 2014, I co-founded NextHome, Inc. and ran both brands until 2020, when Realty World International acquired Realty World Northern California. In January 2015, I launched NextHome as an independent national real estate franchise and to date we have opened 520 office locations in 48 states, with nearly 5,000 members across the country. Prior to joining Realty World, I co-founded VREO, Inc. - a developer of groundbreaking enterprise-level internet applications for agents and brokers. VREO pioneered biometric signature software for paperless transactions and garnered numerous industry accolades, including the coveted Inman Innovator Award for its breakthrough technologies. Previously, I co-founded USA Virtual Tours, Inc., which I helped grow nationally. It was acquired in 2003.It’s my belief that giving back to our community is the highest form of service. To that end I founded the Young Professionals Network for the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR) in 2010. I am also a past member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Conventions Committee and the Trulia.com Broker Advisory Board.I speak regularly on real estate and other cross-industry franchise and technology advancements, frequently taking the stage at NAR, CAR, and Inman events. I have received multiple awards, including the “Futurist” and “Trailblazer” recognitions by RISMedia, and most recently by Franchise Business Review as the leader of the No. 1 franchise in owner satisfaction in the country across all industries.My skill set, proven track record, and leadership abilities have paved the way to success for each and every professional task I’ve taken on. International, Realty World Northern California and Nevada, Alain Pinel Realtors, and Tarbell Realtors.In 2003, I helped develop the first extranet system for Realty World Northern California and Nevada. That system received an Inman Innovator Award in 2004.In 2004, I helped develop an online-based website system for mortgage originators, allowing our customers’ clients to apply directly for loans through DeepGreen Financial, an institution with more than $800 million in loan volume annually. That project garnered numerous awards for its innovative technological approach.In 2005, VREO acquired Criterion Corporation (developer of the REDtablet). The following year, VREO launched the Real Estate Dashboard becoming the pioneer for the paperless real estate transaction.In 2017, VREO was successfully acquired by YourMLSsearch.com, and GoPaperless Solutions, Inc.

Dec 1998 - Dec 2000While still in college, I helped raise angel investment and co-founded USA Virtual Tours, one of the first companies to provide Virtual Tour technology to the real estate industry. My partner and I grew the company to a national multi-million dollar firm with photographers in 13 states, ultimately filming more than 15,000 virtual tours of homes for sale. In 2003, USA Virtual Tours was acquired by Seeitbuyit, Inc. /ANG Newspapers.
