Our mission and vision at 1ooo Healthy Providers (1KHP) is to prioritize selfcare, healing, wholeness, and wellness in the community of healthcare providers across the Globe. In these unprecedented times of fear and stress, professionals of a once lovingly revered “high touch, low tech” industry, are now at high risk for mental health issues like anxiety, depression, and post traumatic stress. Studies show that healthcare professionals may experience intense physical and emotional exhaustion, symptoms of untimely burnout, cumulative grief, compassion fatigue, with significant consequences for both healthcare workers and the quality of care in the organizations that they serve. Thus it is imperative to shift the focus at the core of the healthcare system to the deliverers of healthcare and change the paradigm of "healthcare" starting with "health(yself)care" one healthy provider at a time. At 1ooo Healthy Providers we believe that a healthy provider , one that is balanced emotionally, mentally, spiritually, physically, and financially, adds an invaluable benefit to the communities that they serve.
