From a solid foundation of ethics, morals, and principles at Texas A&M, to oil and gas professional and eco sciences professional, to a Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission member, I value operating as an energetic leader with strong operational planning and execution skills. My extensive experience with sales and business development has helped me ensure a culture of building rapport, credibility and trust that produces excellent team dynamics and positive results. I recently completed an Executive MBA at the University of Oklahoma to connect my practical and tactical career experiences to my current and future leadership career goals, broadening my understanding of the volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) economic climate of the global energy industry. As a husband and father of two elementary aged children, we enjoy the natural and cultural resources of Texas through hunting, fishing and outdoor recreation activities.
