• Managed a portfolio of over 1500 customers from the accounting industry for an online service developed by Barclays Bank. My communication skills were greatly developed during my time in customer services, where I responded to in-bound calls and emails relating to software packages distributed through Barclays Business banking. This was a very rewarding role as it often involved helping people who were completely new to using a particular piece of software, and at times even running a business.
