Hello, my name is James Easterling, and I am a senior studying at the University of South Carolina focusing on Accounting and Finance, graduating in 2025, with expertise in numbers, journal entries and working in groups. My strengths include communication, collaboration, and problem solving, and I am well-versed in the areas of customer service and supply chain inventory, Because of my experiences in warehouse inventory and grocery store service. As an employee in warehouse inventory, I was able to make sure the orders sent out had the right number of products and the warehouse had the correct inventory at the end of the day and as I got more comfortable with the job, I was able to complete checks of inventory quicker and with more efficiency. I am interested in the stock market and working with people to help companies run smoothly. I am a high achieving student at the Darla Moore School of Business with a focus on Accounting and Finance. While maintaining a 4.0 GPA my first three semesters, I have gained experience in Supply Chain operations as a Warehouse Assistant and developed vital communication skills as a Fitness Assistant. I have a passion for analytical solutions and thrive working in teams. I plan to pursue my CPA license and pursue a finance or accounting related career. I am interested in being a financial analyst or accountant and am looking for an internship to improve my knowledge in both fields. The Darla Moore School of Business courses have improved my time management skills and led me to be a three-time recipient of the University of South Carolina's President's List award.
