I’m a marketing leader with great experience in strategic planning, insight & analysis, brand & digital performance, GTM, and team leadership.I started out as a consultant before joining Nokia at the peak of their powers back in 2003, rising through the marketing ranks over the course of 10 great years. I managed increasingly large budgets, projects, and teams and ultimately headed up marketing planning and operations in the UK.I left Nokia to set up Sheldraker ltd – a consultancy offering marketing strategy services to leading brands and agencies. The most interesting of my clients (Oscar and Emmy Award winning Oxford Metrics Group Plc) appointed me as Marketing Director, where I spent two years building the team and launching the ‘Autographer’ brand in the exciting wearable tech category. I was Marketing Director of Freeformers for 2 years - a digital transformation consultancy that helps some of the worlds biggest brands grow by infusing their people with the energy, methods and speed of a digital startup. I was CMO of AnyVan - a fast growing e-marketplace with +3m customers and now £125m funding from Vitruvian Partners. My role was focused on establishing brand leadership, building the team, growing the audience, shaping the product and UX, optimising digital performance and developing partnerships to drive acquisition.I’m now a partner at Bridge F61 a new type of consultancy specialising in business model transformations, brand strategy and business metrics/governance. I lead the digital, insight, and analysis components of our strategy work.
