Original region was Eastern North America and was expanded west to Las Vegas. Earned Wyndham Cornerstone selection (top 30% of performers in company) during first year of eligibility and led two Senior Project Managers to award selection, as well.Took over management of store maintenance region of Venture Stores which had been vacant for previous six months and poorly managed the year prior to that. Improved maintenance and service performance indicators across the board in the first year. Managed nineteen field technicians serving thirty-two stores across six mid-western states.Also provided Senior Project Manager services for construction and major renovation of Venture Stores, which were 100,000 sf big box facilities.
