I have worked in reservations, conventions, VIP, accessible rooms, event planning, sales and marketing research, resort front office, concierge, club level service, catering and conventions, I was Vice President of Universal Travel Services. I love the travel industry and enjoyed my 20+ years working with my clients and my 250 employees. We planned many group, leisure travel itineraries, and events; including weddings and corporate meetings.I still work for Walt Disney World Company. I believe in being a leader by example and enjoy working side by side with my team to exceed the expectations of our guests.
