Report on our service to relevant stakeholders to provide projections of sales, ROI and overarching sales strategy and business plan. Management of an effective, thorough, holistic approach to feedback, creating a successful loop which promotes and rewards innovation and excellence, whilst addressing and closing gaps in the service we provide. Nurturing and encouraging a culture of customer service excellence within the team, acting as a role model to others in terms of time and deadline management, agile team working and innovation. -
