I am responsible for the growth targets for Red Hot Green's innovative, infrared heating system. Generating and managing all business enquiries, I am also responsible for managing & training our extensive network of resellers and working directly with suppliers.I project manage all systems implementation ensuring client’s expectations and return on investment are exceeded.

Joining AECOM as a consultant and then working for them over six years my main duties included project management, tendering and bid preparation, transport modelling, policy and strategy development, transport economics & appraisal, research and feasibility studies, major scheme business case submissions and development planning & traffic technology.Specific projects included:<> Hexham Bus Station Assessment, Northumberland County Council - Project ManagerTasked with developing an independent assessment of potential options for Hexham Bus Station. This was a challenging project due to the breadth of considerations and the requirement for the assessment results to be comprehensible and transparent to a variety of audiences including the stakeholders, councillors and the general public.

Funded by the EPSRC and Durham County Council, the SECURE (Self Conserving Urban Environments) project saw me research a model designed to deliver an integrated, efficient resource utilisation to meet future urban demands. I worked in the traffic team to deliver schemes which benefited traffic and contributed to meeting the council's air quality and carbon targets.Highlights included winning awards in recognition of the development of a novel approach to modelling air pollution from traffic using Paramics and bespoke software.I have published peer reviewed research in the field of low carbon management and air quality.
