The leadership and all staff leverage a servant mentality that aligns with the organization's inclusive statement to actively seek to promote access, equity, and inclusiveness, and to discourage discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, or other factors which deny the humanity of all people. ▶ 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗧𝗢 𝗗𝗔𝗬:✔️Integral in agency decisions to determine the best course of action for team members and targeted programs for internal and external stakeholders. ✔️Established and implemented planning and project management processes to ensure the successful coordination and integration of the programs and relevant resources throughout the program creation lifecycle. ✔️Actively engaged in the development and management of a $300,000 budget.
