I'm a tinkerer at heart. I enjoy learning how things work and how to improve their function. During my free time I like to read about new technologies, build gaming rigs and fix clunker machines. At work I'm responsible for management of the Helpdesk and supporting the staff. This support includes maintaining workstation machines, keeping all software up-to-date, communicating/negotiating with vendors on new purchases and fielding any/all IT related issues.Software wise, I've employed SMS, GPO and other automation technologies to streamline everyday tasks. So far I've used Zenworks, SCCM, JAMF, Altirs, DeployStudio and Munki.In general I enjoy the ever evolving nature of IT. There is always something newer and better. It keeps things exciting!
