Record High's mission is to impact the lives of young people by informing, inspiring and empowering them to achieve their dreams of having careers in the music and entertainment industry.My responsibilities include teaching high school students the fundamentals of a live concert. From cable wrapping, wiring instruments and soundcheck, students learn what it takes to set up a live sound concert. I work directly with students and teach and test basic skills.

RHS Choir needed a solution for a pandemic world. In April of 2020, over 150 students participated in an unprecedented challenge — a virtual choir. I worked closely with Steven Bourque, RHS Choir director, to make a recording guide, manage student submissions, and collate video and audio. AWS was utilized to render the video, and all the audio was edited in Pro Tools. The final product was shared with the local community and garnered over 17k views. In August of 2021 I was contracted to record, edit and produce a virtual show for the art department's part of the annual teacher's convocation. Additionally, that year, I produced (record/edit) the RHS Newplayer's virtual cabaret performance.I conceptualized and created a series, "From The Studio", where students have the opportunity for their talents to be captured and shared with the greater community. This meant working closely with the video department, and managing the creative and technical aspects of the production (both visually and aurally). The series has six episodes spanning from the RHS Big Band, to student bands.Starting in 2022, I produced a series of concerts under Ridgewood ARTBeat. Most notably, the Basil Pizzuto Memorial Concert. I managed end to end production, including permits, event insurance, coordination with bands and administration and renting industry standard equipment. The concert raised money for the Basil Pizzuto Memorial Scholarship which has funded future arts endeavors and has gone towards those in financial need for the High School's SLH Global Travel trip.
