Key responsibilities were managing client relationships of over 3000 rights holder and licensing staff1. Led the design and execution of an automated system that aimed to marry programming and licensing departments work items. Implementing the system led to an increase in efficiency of 75%2. Created a series of metrics focused on productivity and acquired licenses. This allowed me to accurately demonstrate successes and challenges to senior management and guide the team in securing a year on year increase of 20% in acquired licenses.3 Established an inter-departmental review and redesign of the contract administration system involving royalties, IT and database teams. The result was a sharp reduction in payment and administration errors leading to healthier relationships with key rights holders.4 Identified top 20 key missing Latin rights holders, took a beginners Spanish course and secured licenses with 95% of them within 18 months allowing the company to compete in the US Latin music market.
