About James Elliott

As an alumnus of Sonoma State University and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) Wine Industry Services Team, I have had the opportunity to work with a vast number of companies of all sizes ranging from those in the top 10 to small sole proprietors (and everything in between). I left PwC as a federal Tax Manager to start my own firm in an effort to provide more meaningful client service and attain a higher quality of work/life balance. Now after two decades of public accounting, I predominantly work with ultra high net worth families and entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses in various industries including, winery and vineyard, retail, manufacturing, and real estate. Our teams goal is to provide close professional service to a core group of taxpayers in the planning and implementation of significant economic decisions and transactions that affect their businesses.
