I am responsible for the financial management of our Bangkok, Thailand subsidiary and active construction projects. In this capacity I have acted as a business analyst when implementing the Costpoint Software to the separate entity to properly record and track the operations. I am responsible for the financial reporting, including the foreign exchange entries and consolidation into the U.S. operations in accordance to GAAP. I have hired and developed our accounting staff in the Bangkok subsidiary and act as the liaison between the subsidiary and the external Thai auditing staff to insure the accuracy of the annual statutory reporting the Thai Revenue Department.
