In my role as Assistant Marketing Manager for a local trade merchant it was responsibility to assist the Marketing Manager with all aspects of marketing including POS, events and Social Media. As Assistant Marketing Manager at a New Era I worked independently to look after the marketing needs of New Era retail stores. I collaborated with the Retail and Digital teams to execute consistent campaigns across all platforms. My responsibilities include:• Supervising the construction of New Era’s seasonal product catalogue, which is distributed to sales managers and agents on a digital platform in order to highlight key trends and styles in the collection. • Managing the redevelopment of all Point of Sale (POS) fixtures across EMEA for use in New Era retail stores and wholesale accounts. • Setting brand guidelines for the merchandising of new installations, and presenting these to teams across EMEA.• Controlling the European budgets for photography, the product catalogue, and all New Era retail marketing activations.• Ensuring all marketing POS and digital elements meet brand guidelines for all our licensors including the NFL, MLB, NBA and Disney. • Managing and sourcing seasonal product support packages; working with the design team to ensure that all elements fall in line with our several licenses’ brand guidelines. • Selecting key styles and creating imagery that is to be used across all platforms of social media to highlight new and upcoming releases. • Undertaking the activation of retail events and managing in-store campaigns to increase footfall and sales. • Managing New Era’s product image library, and instructing where and when these images are to be used.

Following the company's decision to outsource the photography department to external agencies, it was my responsibility to train and liaise with the agencies to maintain the consistent high quality images that were available for world wide usage.
