As a Matrix manager I oversee Install and service technicians along with running the day to day operations. I coordinate scheduling, designing, installation and servicing of alarm systems.

As a technician, my project experience ranged from residential, small business, mid market, and custom jobs. After 5 years I become a Lead Technician which included helping co-workers with troubleshooting, accommodating difficult customers, lending a helping hand or listening ear. As the occasion arises I have filled in various positions throughout the office ranging from manager, coordinator, to warehouse. In addition to field work, I actively pursued additional training classes as they become available.

As a supervisor with a team of 5, I traveled weekly to various metering sites across the continental U.S. for new installations, troubleshooting, or updating existing systems. In addition to field work, coordinating and communicating effectively with customers and future clients was a vital part of my job.

While working at Compac Yachts, my experience includes working on plumbing, low voltage electrical and mechanical on newly constructed yachts.
