This included the creation of an RFP, proposal selection, contract negotiation, closing, and loan compliance monitoring.• Cross trained in cash management• Key responsibilities: loan origination, refinance, restructure, loan compliance, accounting setup for approximately 169 subsidiaries, SEC reporting related to debt portfolio and corporate debt compliance.
