Primary responsibility for onsite management of alternative shelter location established to reduce the population at the 2100 Lakeside Men's Homeless Shelter in Cleveland, Ohio, in response to the Coronavirus Pandemic. Responsibilities include the operations and coordination needs of a 180-resident alternative shelter, where residents are housed in single or double rooms. Critical activities include: the promotion and maintenance of appropriate social distancing among residents, the promotion and facilitation of face masks, coordinating the engagement of shelter residents with assigned case managers, linking residents with supportive community resources, and assisting shelter residents with the creation of actionable plans leading to their exit from homelessness.
