James Wheatley is the owner of New Vision Construction Management (NVCM), a Utah-based venture that provides owner's representative services to the real estate and construction industry. With over twenty years of experience in construction management, James has successfully delivered projects across Utah and the greater mountain west, ranging from residential to commercial and mixed-use developments.As the owner of NVCM, James oversees all aspects of the development, design, and construction process, from the initial RFP to the final punchlist. He works closely with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure quality, efficiency, and satisfaction. James leverages his bachelor's degree in Mandarin Chinese and his fluency in the language to communicate effectively with diverse and international partners. James is passionate about creating value for his clients and transforming their vision into reality.
