With a primary focus and passion on Cyber Detect.Cyber Detect- Usage of industry standard SIEM tools to analyse, triage and respond to cyber related incidents.- Continuous improvement of detection capabilities, improving fidelity and reducing false positives.- Creation of scripts/tools to automate and assist in cyber related functions. Harnessing languages such as Python.Insider Threat- Analysis and escalation of events, providing first line defence against insider threats.- Ensuring new device compliance in relation to industry standard practices and company policy. Threat Intelligence- Usage if industry standard and OSINT tools to collect, analyse and ingest data regarding previous, current and upcoming cyber security threats.Enterprise Vulnerability Management- Usage of industry standard tools to detect, manage and mitigate vulnerabilities on the wider estate.- Liaise with appropriate device owners to inform them of vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance in-line with industry standard practices/certifications.- Creation of scripts to help improve and automate vulnerability management processes.
