I am a non-traditional convert to the field, making the switch in my 30s during the pandemic, but I have since fallen in love with the challenge, motility, and individuality I have found in coding.The move to tech was by far the best career decision I have ever made, and I implore anyone thinking about it to leap. Tech is far more extensive than just writing code and has something for anyone determined enough to learn the skills needed to fill the role on the team.
