Working at Recruitment Select we service companies in both Albury and Wodonga with candidates through labour hire and permanent recruitment. Recruitment Select have been in the region for nearly 2 years and in that time we have sustained steady growth but want to push on to become the first port of call when businesses are looking for assistance when they recruit. A common issue I encounter is in sourcing quality candidates but they are out there, I am having to call on my 18 years of experience to find them though!Apart from the level of service one of our main points of difference is that Recruitment Select is a part of the WorkGroup, a fantastic organisation which produces a number of self funded social enterprise schemes focused on getting disadvantaged people into the work place making a real difference to the local community.
