We currently manage €3bn in assets for our investors maintaining a conservative investment approach, a strong focus on investor requirements and ongoing product innovation.• In person presentations to financial advisory teams and their clients on a regular basis demonstrating the ability to engage with individuals with different levels of experience and understanding. . • Pipeline management – anticipating issues and on boarding of larger more complex clients as they occur. • Acting as a liaison between product development team and the financial advisor in relation to the development of tailored solutions to allow bespoke trades. • Complaint handling - ensuring resolution in a timely manner.• Building relationships between BCP and other distributors – Life Companies, Pension Trustees etc.• Specific product campaigns focussing on sector, risk profile, client cohort and accessibility.• On boarding new brokers through referrals and contacting directly whilst maintaining and developing relationships with existing brokers. • Targeted campaigns to ensure that product hedge targets are met.Member of the BCP Investment Committee, which includes:• Feedback on projects/sales campaigns. • Update on reaction to legislative chances and input into additional training.• Input into the design and creation of new products based on feedback from the broker market.• Ongoing management of relationships with Client Servicing Team, Compliance and Operations Teams to ensure that client needs are met in a timely manner.

Business Development & Customer Relationship Management• Through the creation and development of successful long-term customer relationships, I increased my client bank through referrals and specific targeted networking growing funds under my management to €130m.• The tailoring of effective solutions to unique problems shortened the sales cycle and facilitated the acquisition of key clients from our competitors.• My key role here was to contextualise and simplify complex financial principals as they applied to non-specialist stakeholders and affinity groups.• Specific targeted sales campaigns by identifying gaps in our product range based on robust market analysis.• Development of ongoing strategic partnerships between Life Assurance companies and product distributors to ensure best-in-class service to clients.• Integral role in the development of new business tender documentation and bid-management in order to win business.• Effective pipeline management to ensure achievement of revenue targets.• Developed and implemented marketing action plan for the “Private Client” division in Invesco.• Undertook public engagement initiatives, including advisory articles published in the national press.• Responsibility for analysing market conditions, investment opportunities and communicating our “house” view on markets, funds and appropriate strategy to senior management.• Key member of the Investment Committee with responsibility for asset allocation and fund selection.

Friends First are a leading financial services company and a subsidiary of the Eureko Group employing over 400 people in Ireland. I was initially employed to distribute and market a niche currency based investment and I was promoted to Savings & Investments Manager within 9 months to look after the overall lump-sum product offering for the Company. Tasks included:• Quarterly meetings with Account Executives to review performance address any concerns and drive sales across a diverse range of funds. • Market research and the identification of future trends which led to the development of the first genuinely diversified managed fund in the Irish Market. • The cultivation of relationships and strategic partnerships with suppliers and distributors to ensure timely delivery of appropriate investment vehicles to the end user. • Coordinating with a number of stakeholders in the company including product development, marketing, sales and senior management to ensure the timely completion of goals and objectives• Organizing and presenting at seminars, discussion groups, and larger conferences to promote the Friends First Brand to new and existing brokers as well as hosting smaller workshops on investment products.

As an assistant Private Banking Manager I provided support to senior management as well as looking after my own clients. My role involved the formulation of investment proposals and reviews for clients based on their current and future requirements. During this time I demonstrated excellent customer service which led to further client acquisitions.
