• Lead development efforts for Boecore's gamified training solutions • SCORE - Integrated Air and Missile Defense trainer • BORG - Space Maneuver and Command and Control trainer• Extending functionality and modularity of Boecore's Zulu simulation platform • Architecting features to be plug-and-play • Developing new capability modules to support space and astrodynamics• Serving as SCRUM Master and customer liaison for SCORE• Helping to guide and capture new gamified training projects

• Design and prototype games and simulations• Participate in full software development lifecycle• Document processes and suggest improvements• Program game and simulation framework• Create and run tests for code• Participate in code reviews• Perform demo and presentations for clients

• Windows-¬based system administration (Server 2012, Win 7)• Installation, configuration, and administration of Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server, DHCP, DNS• Experience with WSUS and SCCM• Basic SQL Server administration• Experience with VMware vSphere Hypervisor (ESXi based) and related VMware products.• Deploy and Provision Windows-¬based VMs• Deploy applications based on industry best practices and client specifications• Create, modify, and delete user accounts as requested• Perform daily system monitoring• Review system and application logs• Verify backups• Repair and recover from hardware or software failures• Provide superior support during intense and stressful situations due to outages that can affect our clients both with available uptimes as well as financially.• Proactive system monitoring, alerting, problem logging, and coordinate tasks effectively to troubleshoot issues for prompt resolution.• Use and maintain network management tools to monitor and maintain all IT network infrastructure hardware and software.• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve all data network circuit outages, WAN utilization and packet errors, Data Center, Distribution Centers and Branch network issues.• Perform complex and routine maintenance tasks and/or procedures required on technology infrastructure components.• Incident management triage and support.• Monitor dashboards for anomalous conditions, degrading performance, or threshold concerns.• Triage alerts as received, determining appropriate handling of defined alerts.• Create knowledge base articles.• Perform defined procedural “fixes” for items within scope.• Perform issue escalation to appropriate parties for both critical and non-critical.• Provide analytics and reporting.• Determine impact analysis of alerts and establish appropriate prioritization and escalation.• Monitor and follow issues to closure.• Perform other duties as assigned.• Perform all Level 2 Analyst duties as well
