At West Virginia University, my research focused on developing 3 Degree of Freedom (2D) and 6 Degree of Freedom (3D) simulation environments for missile systems under nominal and damaged conditions. To this end, I was responsible for developing all the major aspects of a given simulator and implementing subsystems to model faults and failures to the various integrated missile subsystems. I built and implemented missile guidance laws into the integrated guidance processor, developed a seeker module to track targets in 3D space, and adapted a generic missile from 3 Degree of Freedom space to 6 Degree of Freedom space. I also developed a rocket burnout model for a missile.
