Telecommunications Analyst
Current- Amazon Connect Call Center Administrator. Create and manage a multitude of call centers for clients utilizing AWS Cloud Services including Amazon Lambda, Lex, Pinpoint.
- Daily maintenance and support of internal phone systems through Microsoft Teams Admin Center.
- Server administration - Patching, backups, software configuration. Powershell scripting for scheduling service checks and data integrity.
- Direct user support for Microsoft Teams.
- Administer all company provided mobile devices (iOS and Android based).
- Zoom conferencing administrator. Create/manage all conferencing accounts, maintain host and admin settings. Troubleshoot issues with Outlook integration and PC VoIP connectivity.
