Contract work for Technology Infrastructure Services at ANZ.• Technology Infrastructure provides infrastructure support for the Bank’s IT and communication systems – it is a cost centre and charges the various internal bank departments via STP’s• Assisting with the preparation of the annual budgets, STP’s (Service Transfer Pricing) • Activity Based Costing for the Technology Infrastructure area – budget of $200m. Calculation of unit prices for the 60 or so products derived from budget, timesheet activities and volume information• Liaising with the internal bank customers and product owners in relation to product catalogue review and coordination of volume collection process• Review of daily charge rate and assisting with the creation of a Daily Charge Rate calculation tool for use by the ANZ’s Technology area.
