James is passionate people leader currently working as part of a Senior Leadership team within a public sector organisation. He has received an International Award for his academic achievements and has recently completed a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). He also enjoys giving back to his local community, which he achieves by conducting various voluntary and Emergency Service front line roles.Previous experience includes leading a contingent labour/consultancy exit project (generating multi £m savings), establishing a new Project Delivery Resourcing & Capability function, leading a COVID Strategic Mobilisation programme and heading an initiative to merge the two largest operational areas within a public sector organisation. He is an experienced operational leader and has been responsible for delivering an array of business efficiencies, culture change initiatives, process improvements, projects and long-term strategic changes. Consequently, he is adept in managing large multi-team operational areas; with a proven ability to deliver results and improve performance.James has previously led a Continuous Improvement and Change area, which involved strategically driving and embedding a culture that embraces change management and lean techniques.
