James is passionate people leader currently working as part of a Senior Leadership team within a public sector organisation. He has received an International Award for his academic achievements and has recently completed a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Consequently, he is adept in managing large multi-team operational areas; with a proven ability to deliver results and improve performance.James has previously led a Continuous Improvement and Change area, which involved strategically driving and embedding a culture that embraces change management and lean techniques. He is a trained Facilitator and dedicated Executive Coach, with previous experience of launching and leading a Coaching Network.Described as a disciplined, enthusiastic and precise person with high standards; enables James to proactively lead in the development and delivery of strategic changes.
