Before entering the financial services industry in Australia James established 6-year tenure as an asset recovery specialist for the Insolvency industry in the UK working for The Millbank Group UK Ltd. Working directly with The Insolvency Service, Independent Insolvency Practitioners such as Radfords, BKL Tenon and Price Waterhouse Coopers and The High Court in the capacity of a Sheriffs' Officer, James has taken his experience in dealing with companies and individuals facing insolvency and personal bankruptcy on a day to day basis and has used this to aid his present and future clients in 'what not to do' as well as 'what to do'.
