Collectively, its channels garner up to 4 billion views each month on Facebook, and, according to Tubular Labs, it is the fifth most-viewed online media companyAchievements- As part of the senior leadership, sold Jungle Creations to the private equity company Livingbridge EP LLP for a double digit EBITDA multiple- As part of the sale process undertook a 2 pronged approach for selling to both PE and Trade.- Grew EBITDA from a sizeable loss in 2019 to in excess of £6m in 2 years through focus on gross margins and expense control- Secured debt funding via two providers.- Drove the implementation of group strategy and ensuring accountability for delivering- As part of senior leadership, grew Publishing and Client Direct revenue by 40% whilst also implementing cost savings that took headcount from 145 to 100 with minimal impact to bottom line- Helped create an internal start up to deliver a full service marketing agency that delivered strategy and productions to clients.
