Served as HR leader of ~$600M Life Science Group (~2.4K employees) consisting of eight decentralized BUs with global sales presence and 17 manufacturing & distribution sites spread across NA, EU, & APAC. Supported BU presidents and their teams in strategy development, top team effectiveness, talent, process design, planning, and execution. Presented regularly to FG board of directors on strategy, execution, and talent-related matters.• Led HR workstream for acquisition of US-based sterile sampling business, Whirl-Pak, expanding presence in life science, F&B, and industrial diagnostics; super-charged BU strategy to convert core lab use of rigid plastic containers to flexible collection, more than doubling serviceable / addressable market & fueling nearly 15% growth in ‘24.• Developed and launched the first Org Talent Assessment (OTA) for Filtration Group, utilizing best practice tools: bridge from strat plan to human capital plan, performance / potential nine-block, and succession plan.• Led revamp of talent acquisition process within the life sciences group, partnering with the corporate talent acquisition team and hiring managers.
