I lead the Frameworks Pre Construction & Project Delivery functions through rigorous project lifecycle phases. Ensuring robust planning, design implementation, budget management, risk management, and execution. My role involves extensive collaboration with architects, contractors and stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives, ensuring a seamless transition from concept through to the implementation and handover of the the Frameworks design led product.

Responsible for end to end project delivery for capital works. Technical Scoping / Cost Plan / Design / Project Delivery & Handover.

Responsible for the total facilities management to Financial Ombudsman Service South Quay Plaza Estate and over see staggered full company office move to new premises. Responsible for the day to day management and development of an internal facilities team. Direct liaison and management of all external suppliers including M&E, Cleaning, Security, Catering and AV. Direct Liaison with Health & Safety Officer for all H&S policy, Fire & Emergency Procedures and Risk Assessments for the premises and staff tasks. Environmental committee member and focal point to all key stakeholders of the business for communication and to continue to cater to an ever changing environments needs.

Responsible for delivering an effective and efficient Facilities Management Service to multi-site office properties, ensuring services to key stakeholders are provided in line with best practice and with minimum disruption. Develop and manage Facilities Co-ordinators covering/based across the portfolio of properties. Set and manage performance against objectives, KPI’s and targets to ensure a quality and consistent facilities service is delivered within agreed time scales and budgets. Support/Lead the development, maintenance and implementation of ‘best practice’ facilities management policy standards and building maintenance procedures to ensure the delivery of facilities services is consistent and maximises cost efficiencies from economies of scale. Ensure that all services have effective and innovative policies, procedures and systems covering all aspects of work. Ensure these are operated properly in conjunction with the Risk Management framework, encompassing Health and Safety, Data Protection and demonstrate effective controls and compliance with all statutory, regulatory and policy requirements relating to the management of the properties.
