I’ve been delivering high value technology based solutions to customers for 20 years. I thrive in growth environments, doing whatever it takes to “keep all the balls in the air”, take advantage of all the opportunities, drive efficiency and deliver real business results to the customers and enterprise. I like to live by the mantra "Work Hard, Play Hard".I’ve enjoyed working with client executives of both Fortune 500 companies and also startups from all around world, having visited over 40 countries in my career. I’ve equally enjoyed collaborating with other global team members and solution partners/vendors to deliver innovative solutions to the market. I’ve lead teams that have developed, sold, implemented and supported a wide range of SaaS based solutions, from e-commerce platforms selling $16B a year direct to consumers, to mortgage solutions handling $80B a year from thousands of originators. I’ve also been lucky to lead solutions in the big data/analytics space – revenue management, price optimization, dynamic scheduling, machine learning.I have been able to develop a very well rounded set of skills in technology based solutions, having performed sales, product management, development, IT support, outsourcing, financial/PnL ownership, legal, M+A, project management activities.I have learned to listen intently to customers and team members, to really understand their needs and desires, to come up with compelling solutions, while managing expectations appropriately. This has created a better working environment and beneficial results for all involved.
