Currently, I am a Chief Petty Officer Marine Engineer in the Royal Navy.I have been in the service for 20 years; I am currently completing a Foundation Degree in Marine Engineering with the University of Portsmouth. My position in the military has evolved over the past 20 years.In the Army I was a Mechanical fitter/ Vehicle inspector for tracked, wheeled, plant and armoured vehicles, L1 repair section manager with NATO, workshop and production manager and fitter section commander (Vehicle Artificer) and transferring services to the Royal Navy as a Marine Engineer.While serving in the military, I worked for 12 years in Germany and one year in Canada, getting expertise in both continents' lifestyles and customs. I have also been deployed with the Army to other nations for training exercises and operational responsibilities in a variety of roles in support of the Army mission.I like powerlifting, reading and physically taxing activities.
