Work includes; Preliminary through to Construction drawings for the redevelopment of a 4,500 sq.m high end residential property composed of two adjoining Grade ll Listed buildings in Mayfair, London, Planning drawings for the extension and refurbishment of a smaller high end residential Grade ll Listed building in Chelsea, London, Planning drawings for a new Sixth Form building for a high school in St. Albans, Hertfordshire and Pre-Application drawings for the extension and re-cladding of an office building in Holborn, London. All four projects located within conservation areas.As well as preparing and drafting drawings, for mainly the former discussed project, I have prepared D&A statements, I attend daily in-house design team meetings with project architects as well as attending and contributing to on site meetings with other various clients, contractors and sub contractors to discuss the coordination and progress of construction.
