Support all aspects of the Joint Operational Planning Process for United States Central Command, Special Activities Branch to develop strategic Operational Plans for activities throughout the Middle East. Participates in the CWMD and CWMD-T community of interest, making recommendations to improve CWMD and CWMD-T plans, policies, and strategies.Support working groups to develop overall joint system concepts, designs, and technical approaches to meet broadly stated requirements and objectives. Conduct top-level systems analysis, perform trade studies, perform technical optimizations, and develop high-level design products to integrate CWMD strategic objectives.

Designed weapons to defeat, deny access to, or disrupt WMD-related facilities and systems. Commanded Security, Training and Transition group operations supporting Iraq Military Forces. Established the Iraq Chemical Defense School and Chemical Defense Company to facilitate compliance with the Chemical Warfare Convention. Developed programs of institution and facilitated initial instructor training in chemical defense operations. Mentored Iraq leadership and soldiers throughout the organization, training and equipping of the Iraqi Chemical Defense Company, bringing them to Initial Operational Capability so they could safely respond to chemical munitions found within their country. Improved the technical capabilities of Iraq Military to protect themselves from CBRN incidents by expanding the Iraq Chemical Corps trained personnel from 25 to over 250 within a one year period.
