I started off maintaining a Custom programmed MS Access / Mysql (and PHP for the customer Website) system which handled all of the data transactions for the company (Sales and Logistics) with the goal to rebuild the whole system with a more modern framework. By July 2015 we were live with the new system for all internal functions (sales for our call center and logistics for drivers), by April 2016 I had rebuilt and gone live with the Customer web booking site (www.stgshuttle.com). Features of new system- Hosted in the cloud, DNS with Cloudflare, Load balanced with HaProxy and Docker nodes.- Built with modern framework: Meteorjs, Nodejs, and MongoDb (frontend: Blaze, jquery, Bootstrap).- Auditable for accounting dept. (the previous system wasn't)- Improved online sales from 10% to more than 55% - Various Revenue, Efficiency, Customer, reports- Costumer Communication: allows employees to communicate with customer via sms, email, chat, and surveys all in one location (Integrations: Plivo, Mailgun and others).- Internal Time clock and payroll reporting.- Internal chat and task management. - Minimart sales and inventory.I am continuously improving all areas of the system and adding new features (currently working on service logs and maintenance tracking for our vehicles). Integrated with various API's for Vehicle GPS Tracking, Communication, data analytics, etc.Maintain server room and all hardware and software for 100+ employees.
